Mission Statement

Our Mission Statement
To work on each home as if it were our own. To lay out a foundation of hard work, integrity, and well managed projects that will bring you years of enjoyment.

We pride ourselves in making your dreams a reality. It is our desire to give you workmanship on your home that will add years of enjoyment for you and your family. We understand that each home owner has their own unique needs for their home. We understand that good communication with you will turn your dreams into a reality.  We will provide you with the necessary tools to make good decisions on your project. There is an understanding in my company that your job is just as important as the next and that it Is not the volume of jobs that make this company successful but  the good relationships that we make with each individual customer along the way. It is our goal to make Your addition /remodel as comfortable as possible.  It is our hearts desire to give you what you want in your home. We want people to know that it is our desire to get every project at hand done in a timely manner. At the same time, we realize that every project must be well thought out and planned…with permits/architectural drawings. This takes time. We want you to realize that we take great care in making sure that you get what you envision for your new home remodel/addition.

Older home remodels/additions :
We realize that good communication and understanding of what you want on your remodel or addition Is critical to giving the best design/plan for your project. We also realize that a plan takes a great deal of communication with you as the core element to a successful plan. We can walk you step by step through the planning process.

Before we draw up a plan we need to know…

  • What are your needs?
  • What are your wants?
  • What is your budget?
  • What permits are needed?
  • What is the square footage as well as design for the addition on your house?
  • What needs to be updated to today’s code? Electric, plumbing, etc.
  • What kind of design do you want to your new floor plan? Kitchens, baths, bedrooms, closets, washroom, mud-room,sunroom, etc..
  • What needs to be taken out of the house? Plaster, electrical, plumbing, windows, doors etc..
  • Does the house need to be insulated?
  • Does the siding/wood-shakes/brick/stone need replacement or repainting?
  • Is the house well ventilated with soffits, ridge vents or fans in the attic area?
  • Does your roof need replacement?

These are ten major questions that could be asked on my first visit to you in the beginning stages. It may take more than a couple of visits and phone calls to really get a clear understanding of what you want. Even then from experience, I know that there will be changes along the way designing a fresh remodel/addition to your home. This is not something you should worry about. Every well thought out project takes time to plan, but once the plan is in place things come together nicely.  The time spent on the planning process will be rewarding as you see your older home take on a fresh, clean, updated new image.
